Managed to get 3 bed rooms apartment for family . It was close to central area, still can use grab from 6 pax family. staff were friendly and helpful..

Kids room has no door and no AC ,they provided portable one..and expected some cool air coming from the main setting room central AC..washing machine and dryer were not working but they offered free washing and drying from outside,

Two rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is good in size but only one wall socket and it's used by an old small microwave, , the living area is very spacious and only need to fix some of the furniture.

The refrigerator is behind the door you have to close the door first to open it, some bad smell in the small bathroom, and the sink in big one is broken most of the things need to be changed except the toilet. There are not enough cooking utensils in the kitchen. There is only a very small pot without a lid. There are two table knives, three spoons, one fork, and a few plates.

Good location, beach nearby. Good little places to eat. Friendly staff.

No buses nearby. Hotel could do with a major refurbishment. Even though it was clean the apartment felt like it could do with new bathrooms, carpets, paint etc.

The rooms are spacious, and the internal division is distinctive. The rooms have enough cabinets and the beds are very good. There are TV in every division.. but one remote!

1- The water heater should be off in this season, but the switch is not working 2- There is a bad smell in the small bathroom. 3- The parking is too dirty and a lot of broken things inside it. 4- The kitchen utensils are very little and not enough to cook even an egg.. 5- The bathrooms definitely need to change a lot of things inside it.. most bathroom fixtures are broken. 6- No enough sockets in the rooms or the kitchen (only one and used by microwave) 7- The rooms' sound insulators are very weak.. so there is a noise coming from other hotel guests.

old furniture , carpet very old stinky need to be replaced . sofa chairs are very old not comfortable . they bring breakfast to the rooms which is good , BF was not bad, no much of variety

The Hotel Apartment was very spacious and comfy but But over all it was good for 1 week not more.

unfortunately there was some problems : 1) not enough kitchen dishes, Washing liquid for kitchen . 2) When we arrived it looks clean but we found rubbish like dirty tissue, Chocolate waste & etc behind the doors. 3) The cleaning staff came and just change the rubbish bins bags and go. 4) There was an iron to iron the cloths but doesn't work it was faulty.

The breakfast was pretty standard for a 4star place you would expect better. I asked for an omelet and were told I have to pay extra for it.

I visited the same place 4 years ago and were very happy with the apartment. this time around the place is not maintained and it is not as clean as it was in the past. I was very disappointed.

The price was fine and the size of the suite is large and there is 2 toilets

They didn't receive the reservation from booking as they mentioned to me when I arrived and it was 5 p.m I was waiting for more than one hour to solve the issue and after than they gave me 2 separated bed rooms and I have kids with me and they told me that tomorrow we will change it to a suite with 2 bedrooms as per your booking and I found it difficult because I have kids with me and I can not leave them in anther room alone, also if it is in the same floor. There is an employee at the reception he tried his best to keep me happy and offer a break fast free for me and my wife for the mistake that was created by the hotel not by (Booking) his name if I remember it correctly is Rashi an Indian employee at the reception, he deal with us in nice manner, regarding house keeping they didn't show up for 4 days that I was at the hotel to clean the apartment, I put the tag to clean the apartment but still no action, and every thing was missing at the apartment, no towels at all and I have to call the reception and there was no tissue, no Kettle and no Iron and every time I have to call the reception to ask them about these items, these are the issues that we faced during this visit. This the forth time that I used Time Ruby hotel and I hope it will be not the last time

The staff were friendly and efficient. Our requests to add towels and cups was promptly responded to. The location was excellent near the beach and Sharjah Aquarium.

There was slight smell of stale smoke in the rooms. We had to request 2 more cups and towels for 2 bedroom apartment which was only equipped with 2bath towels and 2 hand towels.
